Lookie what I found at HomeGoods today.
Avocado Oil. I was intrigued, so I bought it. I've never tried avocado oil. When I turned the can around, I found this recipe.
Citrus Avocado Dressing. I need to pick up some oranges on the way home. I have honey, salt and ground pepper. We will give this a try over the weekend and report back. This may get the WTCA "Thumbs UP." Check back to see what we think.
