Steam Cooking

Referring back to my post on November 6 in which I prepared and presented steamed scrambled eggs, I have since found out about a new oven from Thermador (www.thermador.com) that is a steam and convection oven combination.


Just look at that beautiful turkey done to absolute perfection.


And again here with an oven full of freshly steamed vegetables and pasta and shrimp.

I want this oven.  Now I just have to figure out how to fit it into my kitchen.  At present there doesn't seem to be any space for it.  But a few glasses of wine might just solve that problem.
